Stuck: Most still say Biden ‘cheating’ beat Trump

Rasmussen is right wing trash fool

That is who the writer uses in this article

Before America became infested with those with your delusions, we gave all media sources credit for integrity.

Dean Baquet decimated journalism in America.

He isn't the only villain, but he really helped ruin journalism's reputation for integrity because, as Executive Editor of the New York Times, you set the standard. Baquet didn't maintain the Times' standard of integrity. He lowered that standard significantly.

Prove your assertion. Post a link to something that proves your assertion. Because there is no way I would lie here..

You are giving an assist to The Big Lie...you are proliferating it by accommodating bad faith and hurt feelings.

Because of that, Ashli Babbitt was killed.

Most who? Dumb fucks like you? Most PEOPLE do not believe the election was stolen. Most stupid Trump supporters do. There is a reason for that. Lack of evidence.

You are correct and the OP is being dishonest, to put it nicely. This was the most recent polling I could find using "what percentage of Americans believe that Biden cheated" (Google).

"Confidence that the 2020 election was free and fair hits a high point: 65 percent of voters say the election was free and fair, including 92 percent of Democrats and 32 percent of Republicans. "

When you have near 100 percent of Trumpies believing right-wing craziness, it does not take many in the middle to reach 51 percent. Then Rasmussen leans right, so it is a lock. Trump went to court 65 times and lost every damn one. That was his platform to prove the case and he failed every time. Every recount did the same and he had lots of those too.
So why is this belief important? Trump lost.

It is not "right wing craziness" to point out that the Constitution limits state election law amendments to the state legislatures.

Changes made by judges, bureaucrats, etc., produce Constitutionally invalid results in those states and no amount of name calling and foot stamping will change that.

Correct. And perception is meaningless. The election result is factual, it is not reliant on an ignorant opinion.

State legislatures can assign responsibility to whomever they want, including election boards or the Secretary of State. State courts are allowed to review and interpret legislation. All your name calling and foot stomping won't change THAT. You had your day in court. You lost. Get over it.

This is almost like the liberal reaction to the birther argument. They zeroed in on whether Obama was born in the USA, when the actionable argument was whether a natural born citizen could have a parent who was not a US citizen.

The only time the US Supreme Court mentioned it, the court specified "citizen parents" (plural).

So again, they ignore the readily actionable argument and instead focus on the less actionable one.

Liberals... so transparent.

You're wrong across the board.

In New York State the legislature appointed a commission to determine if the legislature deserved a raise and would abide by their ruling. The legislature cannot delegate spending and taxing to another entity, especially one not answerable to the voters.

But more specifically, you are wrong in the premise that the legislatures delegated any of these powers and that the courts may usurp them.

You are dismissed now.

How did that birther thing turn out, anyway?

That is a pretty funny post, even the source he cites has zero to do with what he claims and the Razzy does not say what he implies

These wingers keep talking about Biden being senile, they themselves are the only ones who still believe that Trump won an election five months ago where Trump got seven million less votes than the other guy

LOL, voting is not spending. Is that a difficult concept for you to grasp. I am 100% RIGHT in my assertion. So say the courts. So why would I give a fuck what you say? There's your sign, hillbilly.

The courts determined an American citizen has no standing to question whether or not his President is Constitutionally eligible to hold the office.

Hooray, another step down into tyranny.

The courts ruled that Orly Taitz was full of shit, as were the rest of you birthers. Do you ever get tired of losing? Apparently not.
