We won at exports by selling what nobody else had.
We need to get back to that. That's what drives a thriving middle class. But the middle class needs to pay more attention to their education. There is a deficit of educated people and that hurts. Not talking college, kids have to come out of HS literate, capable at math and some understanding of science would help.
