What's the basis for the fee award? Contractual? Statutory?

Litigation of this magnitude that fee is nothing, but at the early stage sounds excessive.
Comes down to my first Q and the rate x hours lodestar and the customary rates of similar no doubt high end
counsel in the community. I'm guess 2000 an hour for senior partner and lead counsel, then on down to $300
for file clerks.
