School districts in Pennsylvania, Alabama, New Jersey, and Rhode Island have hired armed officers in the weeks since the mass shooting in Newtown, Conn., the Free Beacon has found.

Additionally, schools in Florida, Tennessee, Arizona, and New York are in the process of hiring armed officers or recommending they be placed in schools.

I wonder when the left will man up and apologize to Executive Vice President Wayne LaPierre of the NRA....
School districts are doing and/or recommending exactly what LaPierre suggested but was ridiculed for by the pinheaded left.

I'm, like, eleventy hundred percent certain that LaPierre doesn't give a shit if people apologize to him so I'm trying really hard to figure out why you seem to care. It's really weird.

Texas/Texans are/is trying to get guns in the hands of teachers.

I'm fairly certain that he knows that no anti-gun liberal is going to apologize either, but that's no reason to not continue pointing out the flagrant hypocritical double standard you idiots hold.

LaPierre wants to arm teachers. Every teacher. This is different. Many schools already have armed security.

Righties (and yes - that means you as well, STY) have lost their minds. There is no hypocrisy here whatsoever, and no "call" for an apology.

LaPierre and the NRA are on the very fringe. Like, way out there.

That really bothers me. Teachers have a chance of harming students as well. Not to mention the results of a student gaining access to one of those firearms.

I much prefer the idea of having gaurds.

La Pierre's quote.....
“If it’s crazy to call for putting police in and securing our schools to protect our children, then call me crazy,” LaPierre told NBC’s David Gregory. “I think the American people think it’s crazy not to do it. It’s the one thing that would keep people safe and the NRA is going try to do that.”

I don't see any call to arm to arm teachers, but then I don't see it as a bad idea to have a least ONE armed person in every school at all times....I don't care if that person
is also a teacher or coach or the school nurse......
unless you think teachers and such are too stupid to trust with guns or to protect your children....

And the only reason I care is to make it perfectly clear that the hypocritical cowardly bastards on left can't man up, admit their mistake, and do whats right....

Thingy needs to find a dictionary and look up the meaning of the word hypocrite....his picture is right next to it.....

Cause its about what the schools are doing to protect the children, not guns.

Howey is a world class scumbag.

Texas/Texans are/is trying to get guns in the hands of teachers.

Give guns to Texan teachers. Give guns to Texan pupils. Give guns to their parents.
When all the Texans are dead, move in and take their oil. Look on the bright side.

dude, you have zero clue, still. by even thinking I'm a rightie shows your idiocy. and if you think the NRA is on the fringe (laughable at best) you should look at some other groups like GOA.

guards and cops have a chance of harming students also, or are they infallible because they are the state?

How about the FACT that HE was right and you pinheads were wrong.

Wayne LaPierre is clearly a pedophile.

Best not to associate with him.

What was he right about?

What was I wrong about?

Specifics, please.

The term "YOU PINHEADS" is generic....not meant to single one particular person out of a group of left wing assholes

La Pierre suggested and recommended ....that every school should have an armed person in the school to offer some protection against
attacks like what happeded in CT....and he was ridiculed and scorned by the lefties and Democrats for that suggestion. Some on this site, some on TV....

Some school districts that hadn't considered that kind of protection are now doing EXACTLY what LaPierre recommended......

Conclusion.....LaPierre's idea is a good one, that will immediately help protect the schools from CT like attacks....the ridicule he received from the pinheads on the left
was a stupid, unreasonable, gut reaction, not because of the idea, but because it come from a hated source....

He is right and the pinheads were wrong....

Sorry, o' thought-challenged one - the use of "you" implies "you," in a very direct and unambiguous way.

I'd tell you to try thinking next time, but sadly, I realize you are incapable of that. Carry on.

Well, Mr. reading comprehension challenged one.....but when you,(that means YOU, personally)....see the the phrase" YOU PINHEADS ' it might be
wise the notice the 's' in the word pinheadS.....meaning its plural...more than one, two or more, many......Grammar Of or being a grammatical form that designates more than one of the things specified.....as in "you anti-Americans"...."you Democrats"...."you pinheads"......excuse the redundancy....

The fact that you identify with the group is your doing so I understand the problem you're having....if you want to take it personally, you
may certainly do so....either way, LaPierre was right and the pinheads on the left were wrong.

Your lack of understanding what you read gives others the impression you're less than smart....
