JD is not a PhD. Stop trying to impress with unimpressive nonsense. All JD means us she passed classes at a law school. It doesn't even mean she passed a bar (she did, but you get a JD just from passing those classes).

A JD, like an MD program is a Masters degree equivalent.

You're so sarcastic and supercilious. I wouldn't waste my energy trying to impress foul-mouthed lamebrains like Pimp and the other cons. I looked up the definition and posted what I found. Maybe you should read it and explain this line.. "It has the academic standing of a second-entry, professional baccalaureate degree in Canada,[SUP][6][/SUP][SUP][7][/SUP][SUP][8][/SUP][SUP][9][/SUP][SUP][10][/SUP] a master's degree in Australia[SUP][11][/SUP] and a professional doctorate in the United States (in all three jurisdictions the same as other professional degrees such as M.D. or D.D.S.).

Or better yet, maybe you should STFU.
