Exactly! The White House doctor hasn't even done or at least hasn't published the result of a cognitive exam. Pretty much malpractice to not examine the cognitive capacity of the oldest president ever.
 
Also Biden is in chronic A fib which frequently leads to showering the brain with micro emboli which leads to vascular dementia.
