He's right, there is no military solution to the ENTIRE problem of North Korea(unless the people rebel, but they're probably too weak and hungry). We've pretty much given up on the idea of regime change. The best thing is to sanction dumpling boy's fat ass off, and anytime he threatens to launch close to us, our allies or territories, the president should "bang his chest and talk big". That should be the limit to any "negotiations", and that's all he wants. He wants to talk to somebody. It must be lonely and depressing to be the only rich fat kid in the country, although he could probably make a lot of friends by just passing out a couple of sandwiches.
