Watching so many angles, so many times - his life was NOT in any danger whatsoever.

Now, it was split second - so he might have THOUGHT his life was in danger.

But shooting her 3x, which caused a more dangerous situation for the street? Instinctually, you would think someone in that position would jump back further. And then shooting from the side of the car, when he was already clear.

Regardless, that should never be the training. If that had been a crowded street, she likely would have hit more people after she was shot.

Even if it was broken, the fact remains that he put himself into that position then fired on her when the danger was already past. Even if the first shot was deemed justified, the last three shots were not.

I'm allowed to shoot someone breaking into my home, but I can't walk up to them and put a bullet in their head when they are already down since the danger has passed.

Good points. He could have also hit the passenger, or another officer on the other side of the car.

@T. A. Gardner will tell you the bitch had it coming. He'll tell you the ICE thugs used perfect police procedure but Byrd, the cop who shot the criminal breaking into the Capitol - Babbit? Byrd deserves to hang for what he did.

TA actually used to be reasonable. I met him in person. He's changed for the much worse during trump's second term. There is no way I'd want to see that poor bastard now.
 
Kings next story will be about someone going back in time to not save Kennedy but the opposite with another president. The master of horror and a dystopian future is getting all the inspiration he needs from this reincarnation of the 3rd Reich.........It writes itself. Comedians just repeat what the open sewer says but with looks of disbelief and the audience laugh in horror.

TACO worship has changed a lot of people, and not for the better. Even Toxic has swallowed the Cult memes. There was a time when she wouldn't have been satisfied and gleeful that Ms. Good was murdered. That all changed when Trump came along. Now she "deserved what she got" because she "turned her car into a weapon." There are several ppl on social media whose posts I avoid now because all they do is drool over the #FatFascistFelon's latest outrage and cheer on his masked thugs.

Yeah, that's pretty sad, Owlie. Formerly reasonable people sick with thug rage as they watch their political enemies being terrorized and murdered. I swear, half the country, including people like @TOP , @Damocles , @RB 60 , and @T. A. Gardner are going to have some forgiveness to ask for if they ever wish to be welcomed to the place, UPSTAIRS.
