I knew the dossier started under Free Beacon, they had already began investigating Russian money, Sater and other public records of Trump’s suspected dealings with the Russians. It was later enhanced by the hiring of Steel by, you are correct, the DNC, but the dossier was originally started by the Free Beacon.
