No, I have long advocated for penalty and even conviction on businesses employing illegals. I have advocated for improving the work permit program. I support our working with the governments of countries where they are migrating from to improve conditions in those countries. I believe changing these issues would decrease illegals crossing the border more than a wall wouid.
