If it's all of them then there's no case. The article says the case was first brought in early 2017, basically right after Trump took office. If that's the case then it's dead in the water.

The Emouluments clause deals with a president making money off personal investments while in office.

There are so many freaking layers to this. It will take 2 years just to get EVERYTHING that needs to get into courts, into the courts. He might well not be able to move back to NYC. (Someone should be looking into his 'deals' in FLORIDA but we have a REP governor coming in again. ANY investigations will be DOA UNLESS it is the FEDS. Oh, lordy, lordy, let there be "Florida" evidence!)

except that is precisely what it is not. What WILL happen is that Democrats and the liberal media will take portions of returns and then spin stories about corruption and 'suspicious' transactions. They will then grab 'anonymous' sources revealing that much bigger news will follow soon.
