When things go poorly, the workers don't get blamed. Socialists like you blame management. However, let a company do well, and those of you that say "that's managements's job" refuse to give management credit for it.

Same mentality as existed with gas prices a decade ago. Prices go up under Bush and it's his fault. Prices go up under Obama and the argument is the President has little control over such things.
