You have to know someone is dying first. Even looking most of the footage you wouldn't think she was going to die. Likely why no one is sharing the full footage but it wouldn't even look like a stabbing if you weren't looking at a recording of it.
How do we know no one called 911? Don't know that either. You can get sued for helping people. Most people don't even risk helping anyone at any time anymore and most instruction you typically find says not to. I can't make this fault on anyone.
I was recently watching a French woman who has been living in Russia on YouTube.....she says back home it is very clear to her that she is on her own, that she cant count on anyone coming to her aid.....she says that in Russia she has complete confidence that if people were in a position to help someone would try.
