I've lived in Seattle .. love it there, but also love it here.

But one doesn't have to live there to know that is a far more diverse community than Silicon Valley.

If you don't think minimum wage increases work .. don't know what to tell you.

Actually I do care. I know liberals think they have a monopoly on compassion but that isn't the case. Economics does exist. And those most vulnerable are hurt when the minimum wage is increased.

The issue of minimum wage is far bigger than one City. To try and dictate in Washington D.C. the base level that each city and state should pay is ridiculous considering the difference in the cost of living across the country.

You're still clinging to the same bullshit right in the face of all you think about it being proven WRONG.

The pay raise in St. Louis didn't come from the federal government .. it came from their local government .. as did the pay raises in Seattle.

You're confusing one right-wing meme with another.

Dude, I understand the difference between the federal minimum wage and state and City minimum wage. Spare me the 'right wing meme' b.s.

I stated earlier I support states and cities having the right to dictate minimum wages as they see fit. Not sure how that is difficult to comprehend unless simple economics is incomprehensible for socialists.
