St. Louis couple who pointed guns at protesters indicted

You asked for proof. I gave you one.
Proof ? The guy at the microphone said "we don't know" then he said "IF it was a peaceful protest" . Some of the protestors were armed and made threats of valence. (violence ) The gate was obviously broken down and the protestors were obviously trespassing. That isn't peaceful protests.

"Valence"? LOL. What is the valence of an hydrogen atom?

No proof that the gate was broken down beforehand.

And those protesters were on their way to the mayor's house.

No...key words, btw....Private Property;) Guess we'll just have to agree to disagree on this case...time will tell...I'll keep you posted;)

It's simple. Were they on their property? On their lawn? Yes or no?

They were trespassing on the way to the mayor's house. Its posted with THREE signs. Hydrogen's valence is one.

How is it trespassing if the gate was open and they knew they were coming?

And good job on passing a Chemistry test. ;)
Still trespassing and the gate was obviously vandalized and broken down. Just because a barbed wire fence may be broken down it does not give you the right to trespass on posted land. Same principle. The posting of No Trespassing sign means you cannot legally enter the property.

569.140. 1. A person commits the crime of trespass in the first degree if he knowingly enters unlawfully or knowingly remains unlawfully in a building or inhabitable structure or upon real property.

2. A person does not commit the crime of trespass in the first degree by entering or remaining upon real property unless the real property is fenced or otherwise enclosed in a manner designed to exclude intruders or as to which notice against trespass is given by:

(1) Actual communication to the actor; or

(2) Posting in a manner reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders.

3. Trespass in the first degree is a class B misdemeanor.

Let's say you're correct on principle... does the couple own the gate and the street?

You don't know that they weren't-they were trespassing, though-on private property..........Were they threatening them? Yes or No?
We'll never agree...but we shall see....when Justice is done;)
