There is no way a reasonable judge would give Scum Bag a list of the witnesses against him and what they will say in court against him. When he has threatened the life of everyone against him. That is unless the judge has to and he doesn't at this point. When you are scum , you shouldn't complain about being treated as scum.
 
The claim that trump threatened people is as absurd as the claim he incited riots on j6. People are allowed to say "fight like hell" and people are allowed to say "You come after me, i'm going after you."
