Special counsel jack smith BRIBES Mark Meadows into turning on Trump

You need to catch up

“In a 5-2 decision released Tuesday, the justices rejected the GOP argument that the legislature did not have the power under the state constitution to allow Pennsylvanians to vote by mail without an excuse.”

From your link

"All five of the justices who upheld Act 77 were elected as Democrats. Both of the dissenting justices were elected as Republicans.

Before Act 77′s passage in 2019, Pennsylvania had one of the most restrictive absentee ballot laws in the country."

Democrats, just have to fuck with everything. My state is going to hell :(

How much did he pay him?

Jesus Fucking Christ why is TDAK still allowed to post here? Seriously.

They didn't approve it, you liar. The PA supreme court refused to hear the case. They knew if they did, they'd have to void every election in the state.

My dear, if you bothered for a few minutes to read my link, you would have learned two things.
1. The PA SC approved the mail in voting
2. You are totally full of shit.

How could the PA supreme court issue a ruling if they refused to hear the case?

The interesting thing about the ruling is that the dissent by the two judges centers around the meaning of the word "offer" should be restricted to presenting in person to do something.
the Pennsylvania
Constitution requires a qualified elector to establish residency sixty days before an
election in “the election district where he or she shall offer to vote,"

No one with any knowledge of the English language would accept that an offer can only happen in person.

Sorry asshole but the PA supreme court ruled that no-excuse mail in voting is constitutional.

Pa. Supreme Court upholds no-excuse mail voting ahead of midterms
The state Supreme Court has upheld Pennsylvania’s mail ballot law, preserving for the time being a popular voting method that passed the legislature with bipartisan support but was later challenged by Republican elected officials.

No they didn't, you liar. The PA supreme ct. invoked laches and refused to hear the case.

It's odd that if the PA supreme court refused to hear the case that there are so many articles about the supreme court ruling on the case, don't ya think?

This proves the PA state constitution bans NEMIV:

As a result, and pending action by the state supreme court, absentee/mail-in voting eligibility in Pennsylvania is governed by Article VII, Section 14, of the state constitution. This section allows absentee/mail-in voting for “qualified electors who may, on the occurrence of any election, be absent from the municipality of their residence, because their duties, occupation, or business require them to be elsewhere or who, on the occurrence of any election, are unable to attend at their proper polling places because of illness or physical disability or who will not attend a polling place because of the observance of a religious holiday or who cannot vote because of election day duties, in the case of a county employee.”
