/chuckles......sounds like the demmycrats want it both ways.......he called and reported the accident because he knew no one would come, but he didn't call the cops until the next day because he was afraid they would come.......

I didn't understand it and thought something was fishy. But no, I wasn't "outraged." I tended then and now to leave that to you easily-triggered partisan sorts.

So wait,...are you saying that it HAS BEEN PROVEN he committed a DUI Homicide? I would REALLY like to get a link for that. I would think that would be REALLY hard to do considering he hasnt even been charged let alone found guilty of that kind of crime yet. :laugh:

Because it happened in 1969 and the majority of board members were not born then. It has never come up in any threads I have seen.

Guy drives home drunk. Guy hits another guy. Guy gets out, sees it's a human, gets back in car, heads home. Calls police when he gets home, knowing they won't come out for a deer, to establish his story. Waits till morning to go back to the scene and *then* calls the cops to establish his innocence at not realizing he'd hit a person.

Not enuff FACTS yet. If he is guilty he should go to prison,...if not...he shouldnt. Pretty easy. Shame Kennedy didnt get a trip to the big house for his crime.

But thats not an established FACT that it happened that way. You just conjured parts of the story up. We are all entitled to a fair trial and considered innocent until PROVEN guilty,...not the other way around.

Not sure he'd have to get out. He could have realized he clipped a human and then just sped off without checking. He went back after he sobered up later so see if the person was gone. Then he called it in as you stated.
