''The son of the black man who shot and killed a white teen in a racially charged incident on Long Island filed a complaint against the victim's father Friday.

Aaron White, 20, and his parents also demanded that cops arrest Daniel Cicciaro Sr. for what they perceived as a death threat outside Suffolk Criminal Court in Riverhead this week.

"Let's see what happens when Aaron White gets shot!" an outraged Cicciaro bellowed on Wednesday after Aaron's father, John White, received two to four years behind bars for manslaughter.

Southhampton Town police said they are investigating Cicciaro's comment. "It's being taken very seriously," said Detective Sgt. Randy Hintze.

But the Whites called for harassment charges immediately.

"We want an arrest and we want it right now," said Marq Claxton, a spokesman for 100 Blacks in Law Enforcement, which joined the Nation of Islam at a protest rally.

Cicciaro insisted again Friday that the comment wasn't a threat and was misinterpreted.

"I was angry at the sentence," he said at his Port Jefferson auto repair shop. "I was trying to say, 'What if the [races] were reversed?'"

Cicciaro, who is white, and White, who is black, have been locked in a highly emotional battle since August 2006.

That's when Cicciaro's drunken son, Daniel Jr., 17, and four of his pals went to White's Miller Place home to pick a fight with Aaron, a classmate. They yelled racial slurs and threatened to rape Aaron's mother.

John White, 54, pulled a gun on the group in the driveway. The city road construction foreman, who contended his gun went off accidentally, could have been sent away for up to 15 years for his manslaughter conviction.

The fallout from the sentence hasn't affected just the Whites.

Within hours of the sentencing, the home of the only black family on Cicciaro's street in Port Jefferson Station was vandalized - a mailbox knocked down and mud splattered all over.

Karen and Anthony Huston, who have no connection to the Whites, believe they were targeted because of their skin color.

"We're just caught in the middle," said Karen, a bus driver and mother of four kids aged 12 to 19.

"I'm still scared," said her husband, who owns a trucking company.

"I fear that they are going to hurt one of my kids. I think someone figured, 'Since we can't get to the White family, we've got an African-American family living right here.'"

They didn't blame Cicciaro but said they believe the culprit is someone sympathetic to him.

Cicciaro said he thinks someone was after him but picked the wrong house.

"My friends are not like that. My family is not like that. They have no reason to fear me or my family," he said of the Hustons.
