Correct....there is no 'party' that relentlessly denies evolution or is anti-science.....if there was, the 74% of the US population that identify as Christians would have total power of
government....thats is obviously not the way it is.....when did we last have a president to declared to be a non-Christian...

When has evolution made a difference in a political election ?...for that matter, when has any scientific beliefs mattered in an election....
Did Hillary lose because she's a Christian ?
I realize that one certain political party seems to politicize just about every issue to gain power, but thats another debate too....

74 percent may identify as Christian. Perhaps 25% are the dumbass varietal that hates science. I can work with the 50% like the smoker can with a doctor who is OK with a 5 cig per day habit.

So far, throughout history, the accumulating evidence proving god, is empty. Absolutely nothing. Zero. that is why it is a belief system as opposed to a science. The only way you can believe in an invisible fairy that is all powerful and nasty as shit, is by belief. I would be embarrassed to admit that I had been suckered in by conman. What do religious leader know that you don't? Nothing. They are making that shit up to make a living. Do you ever question what they say? Do you ever laugh when they say it? I laughed at what they said and was offended by what they did. Your belief manages to hide all that from your brain.

You pick and choose what ?...All the ancient findings have worth as its all we have to educate us on our early history....you don't pick and choose to suit you per-conceived notions, scientists don't do that...again, its narrow minded....

If your post was on my account, I somewhat agree....there is no proof....no proof either way....thus I'm an agnostic....
and its not my place to accept or deny anyones beliefs....I don't bash atheists nor believers....so whatever floats your boat is fine with me.

I don't presume my ideas superior to anyone elses as some posters do....

actually we can.....since the idiots on the other side are completely wrong about what science says about evolution.......I've even seen people claim that evolution explains the origin of life........
