So....who leaked the draft?? (Spoiler: It was Ginni)

I remember two months ago, Conservatives said the SCOTUS leak was the worst thing to ever happen to the country since Biden beat the shit out of Trump in November 2020.

It's been two months...I think we're owed an update on the status from Roberts, aren't we?

Maybe the reason that "investigation" was never heard from again is because Ginni was the leaker.

Roberts promises investigation after SCOTUS leak

It was Sotomayor it wasn't her clerks it was her directly and she needs to be impeached on day one as does Jackson due to the fact she was appointed by the unelected illegitimate Biden regime.

They screamed about it for weeks, and now they're completely silent.

Pretty obvious why.

Bullshit where is Bidens DOJ and FBI? They're at the same place they were with the intimidation mobs outside of the justices homes IE targeting concerned parents as domestic terrorists.

The Justices are protected.

Where were you on 1/6? Do you agree that all who attacked or materially supported the attack on the Capitol or plotted a coup should be face justice?

What of the dissent was a "joke"? Copy and paste with your thoughtful analysis.

I suspect you never read the dissent because in it they lay out that the right to privacy is enshrined by the 14th Amendment.

At this point we honestly need a 0th amendment about body autonomy. It's like the reflexive property in math. X = X, or 4 = 4, etc, in order to create a fundamental basis that you are the supreme owner of yourself. That would help clear up a lot of issues.

And I say make it the 0th because some idiots don't know how to read past the 2nd.

Look at something like McFall v. Shimp. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/McFall_v._Shimp

Doesn't this extend to something like pregnancy where the woman is expected to use her body's resources to grow a child? Even if conception happens willfully?

Say I drive drunk, hit someone, and we're the same blood type. I can't be forced to give them a transfusion.

Why would a liberal leak something 2 months further out from the election, where it would have the least impact?

ROBERTS is the one who said that they're (SCOTUS themselves) launching an investigation.

That was 2 months ago.

Why did those people show up to their homes in the first place?

And why aren't thoughts and prayers enough when they're enough for kids who are shot in schools?

And where were you on 1/6 when actual terrorists were trying to intimidate Congress into making Trump a dictator? You were right here on JPP running your big mouth instead of saving the Republic in DC.

This ruling violates the Establishment Clause because banning abortion violates Judeo-Muslim religious principles.

The ruling itself doesn't, but any law a state might make banning abortion might. It's going to be a long legal battle to get back to where we were unless Congress can codify body autonomy in some way.

And in the meantime, women wanting to make their own decisions about their future will suffer. Here in Tennessee lawmakers are already trying to fast track the trigger law we had in place.
