Why do you think it wasn't taken today? There was no rain in DC until almost noon.

By the way, most pictures come with metadata as to when and where they were taken. This is an easy thing to check.

I work on a golf course.

It is amazing how often it is raining on part of the golf course...and NOT raining on other parts of it.

There may have been rain in Washington today....but there is NO WAY WHATSOEVER that the picture "clearly was not taken today"...not by a long shot. Certainly not based on the "rain."

If I had to bet...I certainly would bet that the picture was taken within a minute of when it was posted.

If I had to bet...that Donald Trump was not lying when he said he was in the Oval Office...

Yes that is possible but highly un-probable. The most likely explanation is they used a file photo. We laugh at you guys because you stake everything on a photo instead of the reporter. As far as I know Trump may or may not have been in the Oval office. But he was clearly up and possibly working , the president doesn't only work in the Oval office. This is so un-important that it really makes you lefties look like deranged morons.
