Obviously, Hillary supporters take the Trump-Treason tack because that's all they have. But that has a snowballs chance in hell of going anywhere.

But I think a distinction between Hillary's Hacks and democrats, more generally, should be made. If you are a moderate democrat, just how much of this kind of stuff can you take before you start thinking about staying home in November?

Independents? It's advantage Trump. Again, you have to be pretty partisan to bite on the notion that Trump's words are a bigger sin than Hillary's lies and the corruption in the DNC.

Bernie's people? They're pissed to begin with. Rightfully, pissed. Whatever hope the DNC had of bringing them under Hillary's leaky tent has been damaged by Maybe Putin Gate.

The #NeverTrumpRump? Even if you don't like Trump for _______ reasons, how can you not like the way he consistently makes the establishment media look like idiots? How long before they start to peel off?

None of this is going to be good for Hillary. Oh, is there a convention going on this week?
 
i hope the fallout is the media covers it more and by extension the dnc email leaks. The more people read that the better for everyone.

Trump is basically linked at the hip w/ Putin now. That this is "good" with any group of voters is pure hackery.

And Trump is only making the media look like idiots if you're immersed in Trump koolaid. Trump is getting more exposed for the fraud & con man that he truly is w/ each passing day.

And yeah, there is a convention this week. They're basically blowing the negativity & near-hopelessness that the right tried to present to America out of the water right now.

But don't take my word for it. Check the polls a week from today.

The big "leak" yesterday was completely anticlimactic. A couple of titillating comments, but the only people who think that this is going to sway the election in any discernible way are the Hannitys of the world and certainly some on the right here at JPP.

This is Rev. Wright all over again. Voters care about the economy, security, et al.

Wright is a racist crack pot, but Obama's association with him wasn't unethical. Does Hillary give anyone a tingle down their leg or liken her to a messiah?

IT was big, but I don't think it hits directly at HRC. In fact it helps her to separate herself from the DNC.

The Trump Espionage story will only accomplish one thing, it prevented his attempt to steal the spotlight during the DNC. Now, Trump claims he was just joking... but I really don't think that's something to joke about. The diehard wont care if Trump gives Putin a blowjob on national television, but the independents do care when people like Brent Scowcroft call what he said irresponsible and treasonous.

oh yeah. If anything I think trump focusing the attention on it will help the downticket because it brings up the stink of the DNC.

That should please the cruzlims like cawacko and establishment.
