So we have a US born American citizen being held without trial

According to the trump administration,
Trump didn't comment on it, Wally.
no matter how strong the evidence, the courts had no right to release him.
Florida broke federal law. A federal court issued the release order. There was no evidence.
Not only that, but also he had no right to legal counsel, or access to the courts.
He not only did, but he has all he needs to counter-sue.
Now imagine no one knew he had been arrested. He would have had no right to contact anyone to bring evidence to a court. He would have no right to make his arrest public to gain public support. He would just be quietly disappeared...
No State has the authority to usurp federal authority, Wally.
We know there are people who travel in cars alone, and who disappear.
Having schizophrenia problems, Wally? Hint: You are really only just one person.

Illiteracy: Failure to capitalize proper nouns. Use for plural for singular.

A federal court issued the release order.
No federal court judge considered the case. A state court judge found that Gomez-Lopez was a US born citizen, but could not release him. Finally, under pressure from the public, ICE released him in an administrative decision.

Well, he is proven to have been born in the USA, so he is definitely "US born"... I guess you can deny birthright citizenship to him, even though his mother was here legally, and his father was a US citizen, but it will not be legal.
