And a new precedent. If a Republican takes office next, and something bad happens - it's an accomplishment for Biden, because that bad thing didn't happen when he was in office.

Hamas didn't attack Israel like this under Trump. But Trump didn't prevent Hamas from attacking Israel, and they weren't waiting until big scary Trump was out of office to attack Israel.
