we know masks work, we know social distancing and masks work even better, and trump never really used his bully pulpit to drive that point home, to try and get all states to follow such a simple plan, so that we could handle and control this virus and not have to go into complete lockdown or shut down schools, because the infection rate was kept below 3% or so.. he railed against more tests!! he said all it did was show we have more infections!! that is the kind of loony tune bullshit most of his voters somehow believed. a lot of them still think the whole damn thing is a hoax!! and a lot of that is because that is basically how trump thinks of it.

Masks do not stop a virus. See the N95 spec.
6 feet does not stop a virus. It is airborne.
No one commands covid19, not even Biden. Not even Trump. Not even you.
Shutting businesses does not stop a virus and is unconstitutional.
Tests do not stop a virus or prevent someone from getting infected.

Covid19 is an unusually mild virus of the SARS/Covid series. It's infection rate is low, it's symptoms are generally mild (except for those susceptible to pneumonia, which can be dangerous of not caught early and treated), and most people that get it don't even bother to go to the hospital or clinic. The hoax is not the virus, it's the panic about it that is pushed by the Fake News and Democrats.

Trump contracted this virus and was up and about normally in just a few days. He is immune to it now, and needs no vaccination.

but what should he HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY? Is that not what you actually meant to ask?

And grammar aside, why would you ask that again when I just gave you the tools within those articles to figure that out?

Evasion. Answer the question put to you. Semantics fallacy. False authority fallacies.

You asked what trump did wrong...what does that have to do with anybody else? he is the president. he can lead by example, he should lead by example. so should any democratic leader but that is irrelevant to what TRUMP DID AND DID NOT DO TO CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF THIS VIRUS...HE FAILED MISERABLY.

No one can command covid19, not even Trump. Not even Biden. No even you.

Massive testing program from the start.
Massive tracing program from the start.
Strong encouragement of mask wearing.
Etc.

Testing does not stop a virus, does not prevent someone from contracting the virus, and no tests were available until Trump pushed through rapid research to produce them.
Tracing does not stop a virus and is unconstitutional.
Masks do not stop a virus. See the N95 spec.

yes masks might of helped more
Masks are completely ineffective against a virus. You might as well try to empty a pool with a tea strainer.
but could he mandate that
No. The federal government has no such authority. It is unconstitutional.
and we didnt have them in stock because O bung hole never replaced the ones his administration used.
Irrelevant.
Also it takes time to make them and catch up enough for 34o million people that would take billions of masked
Irrelevant.
am massive testing program well that sounds great but we didn't have the test it took time to develop them and fund it, usually done at a state level
Testing does not stop a virus nor prevent infection. It is completely ineffective.
tracking program good plan but thats done at the state level isnt it
Tracking programs are not constitutional. Not a good plan. See the 4th amendment.

He shouldn't have downplayed the virus, made fun of people for wearing masks, or refused to allow our doctors stationed in China to contain the virus.

Covid19 is an unusually mild virus of the SARS/Covid series. It's symptoms are mild, and most who contract it never bother to go to a clinic or hospital. People generally have one or two lousy feeling days, then it begins to clear up. Within a week, it's done. Like any respiratory virus, this one can induce pneumonia, a potentially lethal bacteriological infection. It can be treated if caught early and treated with aggressive antibiotics. The infection rate of this virus also seems to be quite low.

Masks do not stop a virus. I'll make fun of people wearing masks. They are obviously clueless.
Doctors cannot contain covid19. It is in the air. It is on every surface. It does not obey anyone's commands.
6 feet does not stop a virus. It is airborne.
Shutting down businesses does not stop a virus and is unconstitutional.

most of the infection in this country came in originally from europe, not china. remember? there was a small outbreak on the west coast, but not really out of control, which is where most chinese travelers would enter, but the first real huge outbreak in this country occurred in NY and New Jersey, which is where most Europeans enter the country. and at one time, we had only 50 cases in the whole country and trump had been briefed on how lethal and infectious it was....IF HE HAD ACTED THEN, pushing the use of masks, and social distancing, and really funding testing and contact tracing, WE COULD HAVE KEPT IT UNDER CONTROL AND NEVER HAD TO GO TO LOCKDOWNS AND SHUTTING SCHOOLS.

It is not possible to describe how covid19 entered the U.S. You are making shit up. There is still no need for lockdowns. They are unconstitutional. There is no need to shutter schools. The virus is a mild virus. Testing does not stop a virus nor prevent infection. Tracing is unconstitutional.

Evidence exists. It is direct evidence. You can't deny these witnesses. They do exist. They have given their testimony. Lying for them carries the penalty of perjury. You can't wish this evidence away.
