How 'bout the 1/20/2017 riots by ANTIFA? Over 200 went to jail and many were sentenced to 5 years or more in prison. Federal prison, not state.
States often have "gain time" where you do 1/2-1/3 of your sentence. Not so in Federal prison. You do every hour of that time.
