So Russia lied

Should Ukraine Surrender Now?

First off, whatever you say, the Ukrainians are not going to surrender, for much the same reason the majority of Americans would oppose surrendering to Russia. The arrogance of you thinking you get to decide is off the charts.

Second, Russia has failed. They failed at first to invade Ukraine. Now their major new offensive has failed. It has been going for a month, and the world has barely noticed. They might soon take a small town of no strategic importance, that even most Ukrainians had never heard of, with huge loss of life on their side.

One surrenders to avoid more death when losing is inevitable. Right now the Russians cannot win, so Ukraine losing is far from inevitable. And there would be a huge amount of loss of life if Ukraine surrendered. There is no reason for them to surrender.

The "highest levels" of the Russian government approved Tuesday's incident that saw a Russian fighter jet collide with a U.S. reaper drone over the Black Sea, according to a new report.

The decision on the drone went to the topmost level at the Kremlin in Moscow, three U.S. officials told NBC News. One clarified that there was not any indication that the decision had gone all the way to President Vladimir Putin himself, however.

The incident saw two Russian jets acting aggressively toward a U.S. MQ-9 Reaper drone as it flew over international waters. At least one jet sprayed fuel over the drone in an apparent attempt to knock it off course or disable its surveillance equipment, but to no avail.

Ultimately, one of the jets clipped the drone's propeller, forcing it to go down into the sea....

Proof that Russian jets dumped fuel on and then collided with our drone. It is time for Biden to approve the transfer of F16s to Ukraine.

Where did the new report come from?
