With the working class neighborhoods being gentrified by developers, living in a major metropolitan area has become very, very expensive.
Today, this is the cause of migration. I've been a city person my whole life. I never wish to leave if I can help it.
I wish it were affordable for more people, because the lifestyle is so stimulating. Even now as a senior, I still enjoy it.
