So much for the gov't takeover of GM

You're a real buffoon. That argument couldn't possibly be any more intellectually dishonest.

what exactly is intellectually dishonest about it? when i have argued the opposite before....

me thinks you fucked up and are using intellectual dishonesty incorrectly because you're a dumbfuck who doesn't know what it means

my statement is 100% truth

I own shares of Apple.

I'm not the owner of Apple.

Ya idjit....
:palm:

Are you afraid to agree to my terms on that?

That's very interesting. If you agree to them, I'll do some linking. I don't know why you'd be afraid of that, if you're so sure you didn't make those claims.

show the fear mongering you scaredy cat....the fact you haven't yet obviously means you lied and are now doing whatever you can to avoid bumping....

you FIRST said you would bump it if i want, i have said i want it about a half a dozen times, NOW you are making these bizarre demands....so typical of you to be so dishonest

Why are you so terrified?

This is amazing....

36% is the majority SH bravo

remind me again of the power of the majority SH

and it is still in fact ownership, it doesn't matter if its one share, if you own one share, you own that much of GM

seriously, i thought you understood this

As I said....If 36% makes you the single biggest SH, you probably won't be ignored, but you DON'T OWN THE COMPANY and YOU DON'T GIVE THE ORDERS.....there is a 64% of shares that can easily override anything you propose is they vote as one entity....

Owning some shares is not ownership, it is part ownership....

Words have meaning as one MM guy used to say and of course I say, words have the most meaning when viewed in the context they were used.

why did you move the goal post?

and you're the coward, if you could show i fear mongered you would have already bumped teh thread just like you bumped dixie thread the other day

you lied and you coiuld easily prove you're not, but you're just playing silly games in order to avoid showing once again you're a liar

no one technically owns the company, but a majority sh has a heavy influence vis a vis their votes

Pathetic attempt on Onesie's part. :palm:

WRONG!

majority shareholder

Definition

A single shareholder who controls more than half of a corporation's outstanding shares, or sometimes, one of a small group of shareholders who collectively control more than half of a corporation's outstanding shares.

you probably shouldn't toss around terms you don't understand. But then, that would mean that you probably would have to keep your piehole shut all the time, or so it seems
