Father was charged, but the better solution would be to take the gun out of the house, obviously the parents aren’t mature enough to posses a weapon, plus the toddler didn’t learn pointing and aiming the gun from watching TV

The parents aren't mature enough to posses a toddler either. He was also playing outside an apartment on a stairway area. He easily could have fallen to his death or been abducted.
