Simple solutions to school shootings

No, because to get it insured YOU create an official document of ownership...and you have to have a driver's license to drive it.
NO!!!! this is what people have been trying to tell you. there are insurance companies out there that CAN insure people with no drivers licenses......that whole undocumented alien thing that some liberals are supposed to support..........so where do you stand?

And once again Nova proves to be one of the dumbest right wing flunkies on this website. Note how he just refuses to respond to how I took HIS premise to it's logical conclusion and proved his original assertion wrong.

Also, the little dummy keeps carrying on about the SCOTUS....yet he fails to acknowledge that the SCOTUS NEVER stated that the American citizen can have any type of weapon they want (which is why you can't have military issued weapons), nor did the SCOTUS deem the Brady Bill or the Assault Weapons Ban unconstitutional.

Nope, Nova just parrots on with his hands covering ears and eyes like a good little monkey. Pathetic, but not unexpected.

Yeah, moving those goalposts gets mighty tiresome, don't it.....stay one one topic at a time....

Pay attention, because I'm tired of schooling you clowns. YOU STILL HAVE TO HAVE A DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE THE VECHICLE ANYWHERE YOU WANT. So again, why not the same for gun ownership?

And please provide the documented proof where an insurance company provides basic auto insurance to people without a driver's license. I think you are confusing/conflating illegal aliens and fake I.D.'s, which is a whole other smoke.

Again and again, you and your like minded brethren are going down various avenues to avoid the simple truths of the OP, because you have yet to succinctly prove why it's such a bad idea.

For it to register, he has to be willing to listen.

I've sold cars to people. The only requirement I have is they paid me. What they did after it belonged to them was on them not me.

I bet you have. I have to go to DMC and get title transferred and taxes paid.

Ahhh, now Nova moves to his patented false accusation mode, which he repeats ad nausea. This means that the little dunce cannot logically or factually disprove or refute my responses. He's done, and I'm done with him for now.

Why bother,,,,the pinhead keeps changing his claims with every post....first its car ownership (which I schooled him on), then he changes things to a drivers license, then its
insurance, etc...on the 2nd amendment he goes from gun ownership to military weapons, next it'll be mortars and missiles, etc.......incidentally,
Fully automatic weapons -- guns that fire continuously when the trigger is held down -- are legal to possess in the United States but are tightly regulated.
The National Firearms Act of 1934, the Gun Control Act of 1968 and the Hughes Amendment in 1986 have all placed limits on how automatic guns can be bought and sold, but did not make it illegal to possess them entirely. Obviously some weapons ownership have requirements and have for years....

Been there, done that....changing the topic every post ain't gonna help you.....its you who can't refute anything I've said....get some balls and just admit it....

the chronology of the posts proves me right.....

You're a legend in your own mine, bunky...so much more to pity, as the chronology of the posts show.

Thanks for proving my point, dummy! Adios.

there's an insurance company half a mile away from me that insures with no license. you do not need a drivers license unless you're DRIVING. you have a right to TRAVEL freely in this country. Murdock v. commonwealth of pennsylvania clearly states that the state cannot require a license for a constitutional right.

What's funny, dummy? You highlight the limited success in sales to the gov't as what, vindication of your parroted mantra? That's hysterical, given how YOU ignore the preceding....ArmaLite first developed the AR-15 in the late 1950s as a military rifle,.

Grow the fuck up, you Super Freaking Dunce! You were WRONG. Deal with it.

No moron, you are the one that is trying to talk about the very early AR's and pretend that has anything to do with what todays AR's are capable of. The AR15 is NOT a military rifle.

When deaths from guns and deaths from cars are compared, you dickheads on the left constantly say they aren't the same. Why do you want to treat them the same now?

Dickheads like Taichi are the ones that say cars and guns aren't the same when comparisons to the number of deaths each year are made. Funny how they want to treat them the same when it comes to restricting something they simply don't like.

Please provide the valid, documented proof from anywhere in the USA that anyone 18 on up in age can just purchase a car without a valid driver's license. How do they get it from the dealership to their private property? Are you saying that Mr. Smith goes to a dealer, gives him cash and then has a friend drive the car (or has it delivered) to his property TO BE DRIVEN ONLY THERE? If so, then you are describing a COLLECTOR. Well guess what genius, THERE HAS TO BE A BILL OF SALE STATING OWNERSHIP. If the car is loaned and in an accident or traffic violation, then the OWNER IS RESPONSIBLE along with the person. If the car is STOLEN and/or used in a crime, then it can be traced to the dealership and the owner.

So once again, a means of tracking ownership is necessary. A matter of fact, a matter of history. And yes, gun ownership TO FORM A WELL REGULATED MILITIA is a right. That's why you have various states determine their individual laws for gun ownership in general...which is why as the country evolved so military grade weapons are kept out of the general public circulation as much as possible. That is why American's enjoy the privilege of general gun purchase and ownership.

And please stop parroting that dumb ass mantra about cars killing more people than guns. Car ACCIDENTS occur due to the sheer volume of cars in daily use 24/7. Cars are NOT designed to kill, guns are...whether to "protect" or to "attack". The OP stands valid, and NRA flunkies like you just prattle on.

this very day, I could go and buy a vehicle from any lot, get it insured, and then drive it around anywhere i choose to..........can you refute that?

and you need a license to drive it or else get the car impounded and a summons/fine. And I noticed that you can't even meet a simple burden of proof that I asked for....just a repeat of your previous BS. Typical.

Are you drunk? the case you sight has NOTHING to do with licensing to operate a vehicle on the public roads. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murdock_v._Pennsylvania But please drive without a license, as I would love to see how long you could go before getting nabbed by a traffic cop or highway patrolman.

Jeez, only a truly desperate oather/threeper/fibbertarian/neocon/teabagger bozo such as yourself would think that stretch of fantasy you profess would fly. But that is your forte, trying to pass off your intellectual myopia as fact. That licenses and/or registrations requiring for automobiles exists in all 50 states puts the kibosh on your silliness.

Again, the OP suggestion isn't full proof, but it's another hurdle that a nut or criminal would not want to see.
