Let's break it down: Using zoning laws to keep affordable housing from one's neighborhood impacts POC (statistically greater probability of being low income ) and is therefore racist (using liberal rules of racist behavior) in the same way calling for tougher immigration laws and building a wall (again, using liberal rules) is racist. Liberals decried Trump for the entire election season about this.
