She is a very very good creditable attorney. She isn't risking her professional reputation without significant evidence of her position. Under estimate Powell at your own peril.. I remember on another debate site making the same argument about Powel getting the DOJ to drop their case against Flynn. She did in fact get the DOJ to drop their case against Flynn. Powell does not make claims that she can not prove. If I were the Dems I'd be very concerned.

It's happening now and they have proof. It takes less proof than reasonable doubt to call an audit of all a states' votes. In this case, only precincts using the Dominion software would have to be audited.
