Shutting down the transgender argument!

So, how does the opinion of this one person shut down the debate?

Even if it were a "mental disorder" how would that shut down the debate?

Don't we make accommodations for people with "mental disorders" all the time?

People with mental disorders get help to overcome them all the time.

The fact that liberal pinheads can't accept reality is a mental illness in itself.....
Any man or women that thinks they are the opposite sex is no different than a man or women that thinks they are a collie dog or a prophet or a alien from another planet.....

Its mental illness, thats reality.

When did you get your degree in psychiatry?

I have to admit I'm all for transgender rights. I don't really care where anyone squats to take a dump as long as it's not in public or on my living room floor.

Having said, that we need another wedge issue like we need a hole in our heads. I have to be critical of Obama here. Take a stance against North Carolina's potty law but his note to schools was just starting a shit fire (pun intended).

What are transgender rights? If you're born with male plumbing, use the men's restroom. The same concept applies for people born with female plumbing. It's that simple.

A degree in that field is not needed to know that someone born a male thinking he is a female (vice versa) has a mental disorder.

Nope, they always called things they didn't understand mental disorders when it was different from what they considered normal.

Science is now determining that it is body chemistry.

That was sarcasm you pin head.
Women are free to use my men's restroom to squat and dump a load anytime they want. I don't really care is my point.

sounds correct. There are dueling lawsuits over fed'l overeach, and discrimination..worth fighting about.

But the DoE is clearly just being an asshole antagonistic...It's Obama's last year shenanigans

You mean like rednecks don't need a neurologist to know they don't have a brain?

Again, I don't give a rats ass. How many people are having problems being denied bathroom rights? This is like the voter ID laws. It's a solution in search of a problem.

Except instead of being a rationalization to deny voters the franchise it's a wedge issue designed to distract morons like you from the fact that 8 years later no fucking Wall Street Bankers have gone to prison for ripping the American people off of trillions of dollars and crashing our economy. Instead they got their bonuses on the tax payers dime while the people who lost their jobs due to these unconscienable pricks are in a soup line but does a brain dead, knuckle dragging, mouth breather like you give a fuck?

Oh hell no, you idiots care about where some guy in a dress takes a shit!

You can't make this shit up and the bastards who are robbing this nation blind are laughing all the way to the bank cause this sort of ignorance is more important to people like you than their own well being.

I would be uncomfortable using a genderless public bathroom with men. I personally think that states should either decide this at a state level or local level but if a transgendered person came into the bathroom with me and looked like a woman, acted like a woman, and I couldn't tell the difference when I see them walk in then I could tolerate that. I don't like the idea of gender neutral bathrooms that both genders just openly share though.

Im glad you're charitable enough not to mind if a transgender woman is sitting in the stall next to you dumping a load but the reality check here is "has it actually ever happened to you or anyone you know?".

I've never personally met a transgendered person, but ignoring transgendered people, for me I just don't like the idea of public bathrooms becoming open to both genders like some places and people are wanting. I think that there should be a level of privacy for women and men when it comes to that sort of thing.

I don't disagree but I think you miss my point that this is an occurance so rare in occurance as to largely be insignificant and that its just another wedge issues being manipulated to distract people from issue of vastly greater importance.

By the way I don't want women coming into a public men's room either. Oh not because it makes me uncomfortable but because of how they would make a mess of the urinals.

All anyone needs to know about this 'issue' is found in your second sentence: this should be decided on the state or local level. Now that the wader-in-in chief has stuck his foot in it, public schools in all fifty states are compelled to accommodate a micro-minority with respect to pottying---or lose significant federal funding.

Which is kind of an outrage, since the federal government gets its money from tax payers. So they [Obama, actually] are black mailing tax payers with their own money in forcing them to conform. Liberals are famous for using the power of government to force conformity on the latest cultural fad.

At any rate, I don't know if Obama just can't help himself by injecting himself into these sorts of non-issues but he's done it fairly consistently throughout both terms. Or maybe he's desperate to establish his legacy as Gender Justice Crusader in his final days.
