C'mon. Mexico has not paid for the wall...and as its former president said on television, "We are not going to pay for that fucking wall."

Assertions that Mexico has already paid for the wall (or the more popular, "Mexico WILL pay for the wall") are absurdities.

Trump should spend some time lobbying Mexico to pay for it.

THAT was his promise.

Mexico IS NOT GOING TO PAY FOR THE WALL.

Chances are...there will not be a wall...and it is almost certain that any partial barrier that is constructed will be NOTHING like the big, concrete things your Dear Leader promised and you cheered for.

If Mexico paid for the wall four times over, why did trump shut down the government over funding for it? He needs to get cracking and start building already.
