Showdown before the raid: FBI agents and prosecutors argued over Trump

You seriously are commenting on this issue without knowing those documents were subpoenaed before the search warrant was obtained?

Subpoena'd by whom? It's been so long since this thing was relevant..

Bah. I guess there was a subpoena, but it's murky and this whole is cooked up bullshit.

They also cited things that are not relevant to the president in order to get a warrant.

This is a terrible precedent to set and I hope it stops here.

You are so lost… the court subpoenaed the documents, Trump failed to comply, then the court issues a warrant.

Does anyone believe if I had top secret documents in my house, that the FBI would ask me permission. We are all equal under the law.

Nope. You or I would have been in jail had we taken top secret documents. There are two systems of justice - one for the wealthy and influential and one for the rest of us. Look at how long it took to take down Jeff Epstein and Harvey Weinstein.

The demand came from the National Archives, dumbass, who does not have the authority to make such demands of a president; Who then squealed like a pig to the justice department which appears to have gone full rogue.

The DOJ didn't raid maralardo right away. They asked - then after almost a year, they had no choice but to go retrieve them.

Archives asked
justice asked
The court then subpoenaed

Trump ignored all three.

Not only that - trump talked one of his young lawyers to sign an affidavit that all docs had been returned. She's now in big trouble for doing that - because, of course, at the time they had NOT been.
