I don't think she is affiliated with any tribe. Just like Ward Churchill, who tried to become a member of a tribal organization, and then proceeded to lie about his membership status after they rejected him.

we should take her at her word. Impeach the indian spy!

"Iraq was brilliantly handled under the Obama Administration." P #13

It was a war Obama opposed.
It was a war Bush (younger) lied us into.
It was a war that has only made matters substantially worse. Most of ISIL's senior military commanders were former Saddam / Iraq military commanders; military members Bush / Cheney / Rumsfeld fired; sowing the seed for the ISIL scourge; a scourge President Trump at this hour is seeking means to eradicate; a blood-letting task we would not have if Bush hadn't lied U.S. into War there.
It was a war Obama ended on Bush's terms, meeting the criteria Bush set for it.

"Give Congress credit, in that it kept a third Obama appointment off of the SCOTUS."

I credit Majority Leader McConnell for abrogating his Constitutionally enumerated duty of "advise and consent".

"Sotomayor and Kagan, and any leftist at all, is a terrible prospect for our future."

Please quote the precise wording from any 3 dissenting opinions which support your position against Sotomayor, or Kagan.

And when you don't, it will merely confirm that your comment isn't based on your own political philosophy, but merely on your having drunk the Republican Kool-aid, leaving you spouting their partisan pablum.

McConnell advised the President not to bother adding another member to the Court, and did not consent.

In McDonald v Chicago, Sotomayor concurred with this rubbish dissent by Breyer:

The Left said:
"In sum, the Framers did not write the Second Amendment in order to protect a private right of armed self defense. There has been, and is, no consensus that the right is, or was, 'fundamental."

I'm too lazy to go any further, but, the left's opposition to the 2nd Amendment makes its jurists unfit for America's highest court.

I'd have thought even McConnell and Trump were smart enough to not do that.

It would be foolish to have an even number of justices on any court; but foolish in the extreme to do so on the highest court in the land.

And since attrition is what changes the ideological profile of our SCOTUS, I'd think an uber-partisan like McConnell would chomp at the bit to tilt the game in his favor.

I don't know where you get your "information", but I have no authoritative corroboration for your claim.

"Sotomayor and Kagan, and any leftist at all, is a terrible prospect for our future."

Goose Egg

I'm not interested in your distortions.
They're big girls now. They can speak for themselves.

she insists she is an indian doesnt she? Should she be impeached for being an indian puppet?

You guys are running this "indian" thing into the ground. What that tells me is that you'll resort to anything rather than address trump's clusterf*ck of a presidency.

We were calling her Pocahontas before Douchebag Donald was even a candidate. Anytime the left decides to do something stupid regarding race, we are going to rub it in your faces, because you can't fuck around with race if you are going to be all about identity politics.
