As they lose more & more territory the wannaBe caliphate's brave warriors, more & more of them want to return home to their pampered western lifestyles, or cause trouble???

Should they be allowed back>>?? Vetted?? Or told to pissOFF as the Brits like to say??
 
No. Arrest them, charge them, and punish them if convicted.

An easier question would be "should the JPP deplorables who fought against Daesh be allowed to return?"

Since there's no evidence that any of them fought against Daesh, there's no need to ask, of course.

they should only be allowed back in the country if they swear undying loyalty to the democrat party and promise to get out the vote for Crooked ILLary

I haven't heard of many of them wanting to return, but this would be a great time to see if Darwinism really works. Either force them to stay where they are, or shoot 'em as they get off the plane back here.
