The trailer referred to the movie. (I'm assuming the 2000 remake had the same plot as the 1964 original.) So now you want nukes. Is that your position?the trailer didn't show a US president using a nuke on american soil, and it is just a movie. That being said, if you truly think that our own government would hit american citizens with a nuke, then we damn sure should have our own to launch against them. didn't you say in here that if it came down to having to fight our government, then we should have full autos? well if they are going to hit us with nukes, it would only make sense for us to have them as well.

The 2nd Amendment is to ensure that the american people would always be as well armed as the standing army and government. If it's your contention that the US Government would be willing and able to nuke the people, then we should be ready to nuke them back. So yes, if you think our government will nuke us, then I want nukes.
