I see you're ignorant about how our government works and the constitutional separation of powers. The executive conducts foreign policy and defending the nation. The Congress legislates. We don't need dipshits from the House spending massive sums of taxpayer money on useless travel gumming up the works regarding foreign policy. :palm:

Once China made the threat she has no choice but to go. Not going would send the wrong message to Bejing that the US can be bullied.
