And they are not hiding it as US Supreme Court Justice Thomas, for the first time in SC history is soliciting for cases to be created and brought before the court so they can undue past precedent.

Courts are supposed to adjudicate active cases, and decide them within the law. Thomas is soliciting to create a case and undue the law.

Even under the most strong arguments for State Rights, the idea that a State should be able to dictate your private actions (using a condom or having anal sex, etc) in the privacy of your home and bedroom, is just absurd.

The republican's of prior generations were all for keeping the gov't out of peoples homes and not to criminalize personal choice actions between consenting adults.

this is about medicines already prescribed by a <state> licensed physician. the entire transaction is state controlled. So your stupid defense is bullshit and dismissed

It is not states doing it poopy pants. In many of those states, the people are against it. It is certain specific powerful groups who are dictating an unpopular edict. The Constitution says we shall have no official religion, poopy.

I don't care about the Republi'can' spin on this issue as they are quite clear in that they ultimately are trying to get to an end game point, of 100% ban on abortions with no exceptions, no contraception allowed for anyone, and no sex Ed taught in schools.

This is a second push of the Puritans, in an attempt to MAGA, which means revert to the past. Something society already rejected once, but this time do so at the end of a gun by making it law.

This is the American christian Taliban push.

When States exercise their voice these are rejected handily. ITs not even close. This is an attempt of Tyranny by the Minority who are trying to control the levers of power, scramble to change State laws that allow citizens to decide these issue via referendum to ensure a minority of citizens, and not the majority, win in referendums and doing everything they can to subvert citizens will.

Second, I, in particular, have always opined that our federalist system sucks.
