Have you ever heard the expression, “Why buy the cow if you can get the milk for free?”

It appears that some women on college campuses have become “cows” as women sell themselves short, allowing casual sexual “hooking up” to dominate their relationships with male students.

Some female students are demeaning their own value as males have sex with them in what has been described as the “mating market.” The result is that more men are interested in sex outside of committed relationships although women may be still more interested in marrying.

Could it not be that women finally realize that they are free to enjoy sex as much as men do? Can it not be that women have decided that the old Victorian models of men being horny and women having to fight against it and use their favors to "land a husband" are outdated and patriarchal?
