Several Questions about the Trayvon Martin Case...

How about you go ahead and disprove my facts? Oh, you can't? That's what I thought.

Can't disprove something that has nothing to support it, except FEELINGS.
You've done nothing to discount what was presented; well, except to say it's wrong.

All witness statements are under oath, you sign at the bottom that you swear or affirm under penalty of perjury that your statements are true to the best of your knowledge.

Yeah, Bill Clinton did that....don't mean shit, does it.

I would think the proximity of the shooting to either Zimmerman's car or the complex could be very telling. If it was close to Zimmerman's car, then his statement would appear to be correct, the further from his car the shooting occurred, the less likely his statement is true.

I am curious to see what they are basing the 'Zimmerman confronted Martin' on given that both Martin and the girlfriend stated that it was Martin that initiated the verbal exchange.

Man....I wouldn't want you on any jury of mine using that pathetic reasoning/logic.....not with my life at stake......

The only "questions" righties seem to have involve how they can spinning a murder into an assault by the dead victim...

The only 'evidence' lefties have is spinning Zimmermans account, eye witness testimony, the physical evidence, the taped dispatch call, the fact that GZ called police and they were on the way and the call to Martins girlfriend.........accounts that all pretty much agree with each other and turn into some fantasy story or maybes, mights, could bes, would haves, might haves, and other fictional, unprovable stories.....

With the demands that surely will come for as many minorities and liberals to be placed on the jury as possible, its quite possible to convict this guy of not only
Martins killing but the Kennedy assassination as well. The fact that it occurred before his was born won't even be a problem........

According to CNN, FBI agents were in Sanford on Tuesday, conducting interviews for their civil rights investigation of the case. They have spoken with Frank Taaffe, one of Zimmerman's most vocal supporters, and the 16-year-old girl who Martin was on the phone with shortly before the fatal confrontation.

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder said the department will act decisively if it finds evidence that the teen's civil right were criminally violated.

Proof positive that this case is nothing but absolutely political from the beginning.......normally it would be a local matter and go unnoticed in Washington....but
the Democrats see nothing but political points to be gained ....

Atty. General Holder certainly isn't worried about Zimmerman's civil rights being violated.....shown by their own words

No, it was about seeking justice, and now there will be a trial.
