Texas considers it a border town for many issues, health services, agricultural and border security. It’s within the 90 miles of the designated border region.

So, you define the way you want, but by definition of certain Texas agencies, it’s a border town.

They dont want this mass shooting to be anywhere near or even word associated with BORDER. Think about it......why else would Jared fight you all night long about how Texas labels its towns?
