I read the article and I know the writer is black. But he hasn't touched on personal responsibility. Basically he's saying black women can be bought and black men are too weak to do anything about it.

Maybe Nick Chiles is looking for a scapegoat.

No question there's a big issue of responsibility here. The incentives of the system however are set up not to encourage that responsibility.

Yes. This was the bill progressive groups said was going to throw thousands of people onto the street and starve people to death etc. Their dire predictions never came to fruition.

Few, if any progressive predictions ever come to fruition....
