To be honest, the 'mantra' has been that tax cuts promote a friendlier business environment. There are no absolutes, and these policies do not exist within a void.
Funny, but I don't hear Righties on the radio and TV day in day out saying that "lower taxes create more jobs by promoting a friendlier business environment, but there are no absolutes".
did anybody else hear anyone on the right say that lower taxes create more jobs by promoting a friendlier environment, but there are no absolutes?
Suddenly everyone is either backpedaling away from the "lower taxes create jobs" mantra, or thy are trying depserately to add some caveat to explain why the jobless rate is so high despite the lowest tax rate in DECADES.
