Let's review the excuses they first tried

1) First there was voter fraud and the recounts. But oooops Trump ended up with more votes and EC votes - Couldn't go with that one
2) Then they ran with the excuse it was Comey's fault. But that fell flat because it only draws attention to the fact that she illegally and improperly installed a private server to evade the American people
3) Then they tried the "American's are racist gambit", but eventually they woke up and realized that Hillary was white.

So now we have this little canard that has our liberal friends all up in arms and SHOCKED. SHOCKED I say that foreign counties would try to hack our secrets. I mean the United States would NEVER, EVER, EVER try to influence another countries election. EVER!

Kinda like "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard we use in criminal law in this country. You know, the standard we use to put people to death? Except "high confidence" probably exceeds reasonable doubt.

Right. You define high standard in one post and now back off on that.

The death penalty really wasn't the point. It was the standard of proof. Change "reasonable doubt" to "high confidence" and you've raised the bar.
