Senate passes bill to give police protection to families of Supreme Court justices

post the text that is so damning.

double dare you - lets see this speech that went above and beyond.

The wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, “repeatedly” urged White House chief of staff Mark Meadows to try to overturn the results of the 2020 election. In more than two dozen extremely manic, conspiracy-riddled text messages, Ginni Thomas insisted that Democrats had stolen the election from Donald Trump, and that Meadows had to do something about it.

A SCOTUS justice is married to an active conservative operative who appealed to the highest level of government in an attempt to get the results of a free and fair election overturned.

This as an unprecedented entanglement between a top official in the Exec Branch and the spouse of a Justice. They privately discussed strategy, lawyers, managing WH staff, and conspiracy theories.

Ginni Thomas’s obsession and active pleas to high-ranking officials to try to overturn the 2020 election, Clarence chose not to sit out Trump’s case asking the court to block the January 6 committee from obtaining documents from the National Archives concerning his actions before, during, and after the riot. Not only did he not recuse himself, but Clarence was the only justice to vote against releasing the documents.

There is something deeply broken in anyone who thinks this is justifiable or even just survivable. A SCOTUS justice’s wife was text buddies with POTUS’s chief of staff, topic: trying to interfere with the transfer of power to the next elected president.

The House should introduce an impeachment resolution against Thomas. Let the evidence be aired. He continued to be involved with cases intertwined with his wife's active engagement. Utterly unethical. And her behavior is flat out traitorous.

When the 1/6 public hearings begin, the whole world will see part of the 14,000 hours of violent insurrection, sedition and Trump’s Terrorists attempting a coup.

While I doubt Trump will ever go to jail (unidicted conspirator?) Donnie Junior and all the other staffers who pushed the plot forward won’t be so lucky. Some, like Rudy, may choose to “exit stage right” rather than go to prison for the rest of their lives. LOL

Pardon me, Fucktardo, but there are not 14,000 hours in a day.

Why was no one at this alleged "insurrection" (you claim it is) armed?

America is awash in guns, baby. And you can bet 99.9% of the people that protested and then rioted by trying to get Senators to hear them on 1/6/2021 had guns at home.

They didn't bring them to DC that day. Why is that?

Your argument:

 :rofl2:

I don’t know which is funnier; that fact you don’t have a clue or the fact the Insurrectionists were stupid enough to do as Trump asked and not only recorded everything but uploaded it for the FBI to download.

Your face is funnier. :D

I notice you clipped the fact that those you are accusing of being insurrectionists were not armed yet had arms from my post that you quoted, you hideous rotten cumbreath no-tooth faggot. Why is that?

^^^ Still clueless about 14,000 hours of evidence uploaded to the Internet by Pedo Don’s Insurrectionists.

But… if I were in charge I would protest at the homes… If I had enough people I might intentionally clog traffic into an out of the city for days, but I would not go to the homes of the justices.

Hopefully, you would be arrested and tossed into prison with all of the Jan 6 protesters that have yet to be charged. Now that would make my heart happy.

Good, the Democratic majority is protecting our government.

I believe in the right to protest. I believe protesters have a right to protest at the homes of S.Ct. Justices, but I don’t think they should.

Families should be left alone.
Unfortunately, nobody will take out some select Justices. Shame, because they need to fear for their lives.

McConnell mistakenly admitted that he's going to end the filibuster as soon as they take control. And the Dems sit and clutch their pearls...notwithstanding the fact that they only have 48 Senators.

Sit tight. You ain't seen nothin yet.

Yes, and women’s right to privacy in their healthcare should be left alone as well, but Alito feels he can overturn 50 years of precedent, people become passionate. The protest if peaceful, should not be prohibited. If they become violent, then action can be taken. I doubt Alito and his family are in harms way.
No, but they should be. The court is no longer functional.

They might be though if they *don't* overturn Roe v Wade. If they'll kill physicians who perform abortions, and blow up clinics, they won't care about taking out a justice or three.
Start with McConnell, who brags about the travesty of 'his' handpicked court.

I prefer they don’t, but not everyone can make it to the steps of the Supreme Court. I, myself, would not organize a protest at private homes, but I do understand why they do it.
Clogging traffic is never a good idea for a number of reasons.

Protests do nothing. I have to wonder how many of these protestors bothered to vote in '16?

This is a good point. They are more likely to be in harms way if they don't overturn it.
No they aren't. Abortion is becoming illegal in the majority of the nation anyway. This is just the foundation to do away with a list of other rights.

That it is, chipping away at government restraint.

should conservatives gather in the front yard of the three lib'rul judges and encourage them to save the lives of children?......

How's about giving legitimate authoritative protection against repukes who are in the sewer with tRump and foreign enemies with a ongoing war these ghastly creatures are raging against the U.S. Constitutionally provided well-being of society, humanity and all else of a civilized nature on Earth.

A peaceful protest is not an insurrection. A violent and destructive one that prevents a Constitutionally required legislative action is.

Direct threats leveled at individuals to coerce them into specified and detestable action is violence.

The thugs threatening the Justices are insurrectionist thugs and they are violating, very specifically a very specific Federal statute.

The thugs in the White hose and their minions in the DOJ, by not enforcing a law that is inconvenient to their political goals are, ONCE AGAIN, breaking the law.

This is a clear instance of Biden breaking his oath, breaking our laws and breaking our country.

This particular lying thief who is also an agenda driven, law breaking thug, needs to be impeached and then the lying thief that is Harris needs to also be impeached for all of the same reasons and actions.
