Manchin believes that W.Virginia voters are just stupid enough to ignore the massive climate change spending in the bill?

I have no idea what Manchin thinks or believes regarding the voters in WV.

People choose who's going to get their vote for a complex variety of reasons.

All I'm saying is that you made a very generalized statement about the voters there which implies they all think and vote exactly the same.

That's never true anywhere.
